Please note: There is no international shipping available at this time.
Restricted Locations: We reserve the right to refuse shipments to certain locations. If your location is not eligible for shipping, you will be notified during the checkout process. We do not ship to international locations.
Lost or Damaged Items: In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with the carrier to initiate an investigation and provide a resolution.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your waveguides order, the shipping destination and shipping method. Free Standard Shipping is available on most waveguide orders. You can review the shipping costs during the checkout process before completing your purchase.

Return Policy
