What sizes do you offer?

Our standard sizes, which include ½”, ¾”, 1”, 1 ½”, and 2”, are all available for purchase on our waveguides product page. If you require a specialty size, please contact us for a custom quote.

What finishes do you offer?

We offer all our waveguides in either brass or stainless steel. If you require a specialty material, please submit your custom quote request here, and we will be happy to discuss customized solutions with you!

How long does it take to ship waveguides?

All online orders placed before 12:00 pm CST are fulfilled next day using free standard shipping (3-4 business days). Express shipping options available at checkout for expedited orders. For custom and/or large volume orders please contact us for volume discounted pricing and accurate shipping expectations.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum order quantity. Whether you need just one waveguide or a few in multiple sizes, you can order as needed.

Do you offer volume discounts or bulk pricing?

For orders of more than 10 waveguides, please submit a custom quote request. One of our specialists will get back to you with custom pricing.

How long does it take to build a custom container?

Once the design plans have been approved and the production date has been decided, your container will be built in about 2-4 weeks.

What is the average cost of building a custom container?

The price will vary dependent on the chosen add-ons; however, the average cost for a custom container with basic electrical and air conditioning is $40,000.

How do you transport your custom containers?

We transport all our custom containers on a tilt bed truck and trailer.

Do you offer a warranty?  

Yes. We offer a 1-year craftsmanship warranty for the container itself, along with a 1-year manufacturer warranty on the HVAC and electrical components of each purchased container.

What are the foundation requirements?

We require all foundations for our containers to be level, compacted ground surfaces.

What are the delivery requirements?

Since all our custom containers are delivered using a tilt bed truck and trailer, we do require the delivery area to be flat and clear of any obstacles. We require a clearance of 12 feet in width and at least 14 feet in height from the ground to the lowest point of any overhead obstructions, such as building overhangs, trees or utility lines. The driver must tilt the bed up and exit from under the container, requiring a space equivalent to the length of the container and the tilt bed truck, which can be up to 120 feet for a 40-foot container or 90 feet for a 20-foot container.

What grade of shipping containers do you use?

The quality of our products is of the utmost importance, which is why we use new one-trip shipping containers.

Are your containers built to code? 

Yes, all our crafted containers are built to the National Electrical Code (NEC).

What grade of shipping containers do you use?

Are they built to code?

Yes, they are built to ISO standards.

How long does it take to receive a direct container?

We guarantee delivery within 5-7 business days once payment is complete.

Do you have any shipping restrictions?

Delivery for all direct shipping containers must be within a 250-mile radius of Harker Heights, TX. If you are outside of this radius, please browse our custom containers as we are able to ship those anywhere in the United States.

Do you offer climate control for containers? 

We do not modify our direct containers, however we do offer cooling and heating solutions as one of our add-on options for our custom containers.

Do you offer financing or a lease-to-own option?

No, we do not offer financing nor lease-to-own options for our containers.
